Aren't these pearls the perfect touch for this cute card. (Stampin Up's Basic Pearls #119247 - $6.50 for 150 pearls. )
For this card I used the Baby Prints stampin Up stamp set (#125472 - $26.95 for 7 of the cutest stamps) The prints are so real and are that perfect touch for any baby card or baby announcement to celebrate that little baby in your life.
The Broadsheet Alphabet Stampin Up stamp set was a huge help to personalize this card for baby Zoe. (#120585 - $36.95 for 26 different letter stamps)
Hi dear everyone.
Thanks for stopping by today. I have some great news to share about Zoe. They found a donor for the bone marrow transplant that she needs. I am so thankful that this person volunteered. Bless her or his heart and soul!
the thing is that Zoe is so sick and she is still in the hospital where the doctors are trying to bring that fever down.. she is just not responding to any of the medications and she is getting weaker and weaker. They can't start this transplant process unless her body is strong enough to handle it. Please continue to pray that her body will receive peace and healing, so that they can start the treatment before it is to late.
I learned that crafting and praying go very well together for me these days. Zoe and her family are so on my heart and to create something for them is some sort of outlet, I guess.
The Freshly Made Sketches #17 Challenge site and the colour scheme of the Color Throwdown Challenge site #174 helped me to put this card together in a flash. Thanks dear ladies, I so appreciate the time you so faithfully put in these challenges. I love them.
Well.. I need to make some dinner here. I have 5 hungry mouths to feed :) Have a beautiful evening.
But before I go, I just wanted to give a big huge thanks to you all. I received the sweetest encouraging comments on my last post about Zoe. I felt so blessed knowing that there are people out there who care. Most of you have never even met Zoe, but you showed your love and care in such a beautiful way. Thanks for wanting to pray and lift her up to the One Who cares for her even more than we ever can. I am sure that somewhere in it all, it does make a difference in her life.
Thank you and a big blessing in your journey wherever it may lead you. He is the One who connects us all together in His love and care!
I will for sure pass on the love you put in these comments to my friends.
Lots of love and a big hug, Pauline
