A lovely Poppy Parade thank you card by Stampin Up and me

Good Monday morning dear Stampers.
If I write this post quickly enough then I will be still able to enter it in into the Freshly Made Sketches #64. Jen did such a fantastic job on the sketch, that I had to play along. Thanks Jen, I love the sketch, I am sure I will use this layout more often. It is so clean and fresh.

So, this is what I came up with. You know, I have this little bin, with just the most pretty little things in it. I don't always think of using the pictures and the 'pretties' on my cards, but today I really wanted to use this cute little girl. Not sure where I found her. But I think that she feels right at home here on my card :)

I matched her up with my Stampin Up layers of card stock.  The Poppy Parade red card stock is still a favorite of mine. It always works so well with the Crumb Cake and that soft blue.
And isn't the ribbon so delish. I love working with this ribbon. It is so easy to tie around the card stock. they are made for each other :)

Well.. It is short but sweet today.
It is Monday.. so I am sure you know what that means..
Cleaning up after a full weekend with the kids in and around the home :)

I hope you enjoyed my post today.
Inky hugs, Pauline
